Hi, we are The Golf Cooperative—a cooperative association organized under the Minnesota Cooperative Associations Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 308B. Like your local grocery or indoor climbing coop, when you become an owner and purchase an access pass, you gain 24/7 access to our indoor golf facility. Our priority is building a shared asset and community for our owners at a price no one can compete with. With no bar or restaurant and no employees, combined with 24/7 key fob access, this indoor simulator space will serve as an extension of your home. Owners of the cooperative have voting power to shape the future direction of affairs and are also entitled to refunds based on the financial performance of the cooperative.
