Patron Member Unit Details:

A one-time purchase of $100 grants you a Patron Member Unit. This unit is yours forever—there are no renewal fees.
As a patron member, you are a co-owner of the cooperative. You get one vote in cooperative matters, ensuring members have a say in how things are run.
A portion of annual profits (15% of total net savings) is distributed among patron members based on their spending at the cooperative (patronage).
Only patron member unit holders are eligible to purchase an access pass, which is limited. You can secure your spot by becoming a patron member unit holder and buying an access pass today.
Any individual over the age of eighteen, firm, company, corporation, or cooperative may become a member pursuant to terms established by the Board of Directors.
Prospective Patron Member Unit holders must be furnished with a copy of the cooperative’s bylaws and complete a subscription agreement.
