Life as an owner at TGC...

The Golf Cooperative operates a two-part membership model.

  • Ownership.

    • Purchasing a Patron Membership Interest gives you voting rights in cooperative affairs and a share of the cooperative's annual savings based on your patronage. This ownership interest also grants the ability to purchase an Access Pass, providing full access to our facilities.

  • Access.

    • The Access Pass is sold separately and allows members 24/7 access to The Golf Cooperative.

What can I expect at The Golf Cooperative*?

  • Three Trackman Golf Simulators.

  • Two Uneekor Golf Simulators equipped with GSPro (GSPro is a leader in golf simulator software and comes with 500+ user-created courses).

  • Kitchen/dining area, lobby, and conference rooms for socializing, working, and relaxing.

  • Opportunity to serve on the board of directors of The Golf Cooperative.

  • Leagues, Tournaments, and a chance to try out, represent, and compete for TGC, Duluth.

  • 24/7 key fob access to the Downtown Duluth location.

  • Online booking and social platform.

*The precise makeup of technology, location, and amenities may change as we collect feedback from members during our capital raising event.

Other benefits (to name a few):

  • Accurate, real-time data and feedback from industry-leading golf simulator technology.

    • Enhances range sessions (saves time and money).

    • Effective and efficient lessons

  • Dial in distances with each club. Driving range balls are low-quality and don’t accurately represent performance on the golf course. Hit the same balls in the simulator you use on the course to dial in your distances and lower your scores.

  • Play year-round! Gone are the days when your game collects dust and rust over the winters. Play that emergency nine even after the sun sets (or before it comes up!).

  • Training and Practice Tools: Advanced tools for swing analysis, putting practice, and shot improvement.

  • Customizable Playing Conditions: Adjust wind, weather, and course conditions to simulate different environments.

  • With no bar or restaurant, you won’t feel pressure from bar owners, servers, and bartenders to spend your hard-earned money on expensive drinks and bar food.
