Purchasing a Lake Superior Family Bundle gives the primary member, their legal spouse or domestic partner, and any dependent children (under 18) 24/7/365 access to the cooperative (anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 21 at all times). This bundle also includes an Ownership Interest (One Patron Membership Interest) in TGC with voting rights and a share in the cooperative’s success.

Purchasing a Bundle from The Golf Cooperative requires the following steps:

  • The Golf Cooperative will provide you access to a copy the Bylaws.

  • At Checkout, The Golf Cooperative will request you confirm receipt of your access to a copy of the Bylaws.

  • You will be required to complete a Subscription Agreement. Once approved by the board of directors, the Subscriber Agreement allows The Golf Cooperative to issue the subscriber an Ownership Interest in Cooperative in the form of a Membership Interest in the Cooperative. $50.00 of the total bundle price will go towards this Ownership Interest as a Capital Contribution.

  • You will be required to complete a Membership Agreement. The Membership Agreement provides the member with a key fob and access to The Golf Cooperative.
